2.3. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and/or access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without notice to you.

2.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your login credentials.

2.5. You may not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Bot Store:
   3.1. Bot Developers may list and sell their Discord bots on the platform.

3.2. The pricing and availability of the bots are determined by the Bot Developers.

3.3. The platform does not warrant or guarantee the performance, quality, or safety of any bot listed on the store.

3.4. The platform is not responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise between Bot Developers and users.

4. Prohibited Conduct:
   4.1. You may not use the platform to transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.

4.2. You may not use the platform to impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.

4.3. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or any part of it.

5. Refunds and Cancellations:
   5.1. Users may request a refund for any purchased bot within 7 days of the purchase.

5.2. Bot Developers may cancel or remove their bot from the store at any time.

5.3. The platform reserves the right to cancel or remove any bot from the store at its discretion.

6. Intellectual Property:
   6.1. Bot Developers retain all rights to their bots, including all intellectual property rights.

6.2. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any bots purchased from the store without the express written permission of the Bot Developer.

7. Limitation of Liability:
   7.1. The platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

7.2. The platform is not liable for any loss or damage to your computer or data as a result of using the platform.

8. Indemnification:
   8.1. You agree to indemnify and hold the platform and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, demands, or damages arising out of your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law:
   9.1. These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Dispute Resolution:
    10.1. Any disputes arising out of these terms of service shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
